2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift Card for a single purchase
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity

This Gift Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you Livefit(‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Livefit Gift Card. By buying, loading or using your Livefit Gift Card, you agree to these terms.
If a purchase exceeds your Livefit Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Livefit Balance Expiration.
The Gift Cards have an expiry date of One year from the day of purchase
The Gift Cards are “ ONE TIME USE AND CAN THEREFORE ONLY BE REDEEMED ONCE AND ANY REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DISCARED”
Limitations.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Livefit UAE Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Livefit UAE or its
affiliated properties.
Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Livefit Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.
We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if Livefit Gift Card Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card.
Livefit is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
