Gift Cards; Dubai Henna Balance; Redemption.
This Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you and Dubai Henna (‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Dubai Henna Card. By buying, loading or using your Dubai Henna Gift Card, you agree to these terms.
If a purchase exceeds your Dubai Henna Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Dubai Henna Balance Expiration.
The Gift Cards have an expiry date of 6 months from the day of purchase.
The Gift Cards are one time use and can therefore only be redeemed once and any remaining balance will be discarded.
Limitations.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Dubai Henna.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Dubai Henna or its affiliated properties.
Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Dubai Henna Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.
We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Dubai Henna Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card.
Dubai Henna is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
