In-Store: Present this page as a printout or show this page online on your phone. This template with the barcode should be available to Macy's Associate at checkout.
Online: E-Gift Cards may be redeemed online at macys.com by clicking "Apply Gift Card" when entering payment method at checkout. Enter the first 15-digits into the "Card Number" field and the last 4-digits into the "CID Number" field.

To check your balance You may check any remaining value via the online Balance Inquiry function, or in-store by scanning the barcode at a price checker terminal or calling 1-800-511-2752.
You may print your E-Gift Card and present it to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Macy’s reserves the right to decline E-Gift cards from unauthorized sellers, including auction sites. This E-Gift card may be placed on hold or rejected if fraud is suspected. Protect this E-Gift card: you are responsible if it is lost or stolen. Lost or stolen E-Gift cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on our records. This E-Gift card is issued by Macy’s Retail Holdings, LLC and is required for all inquiries. Your macys.com E-Gift card never expires.
